Goods Receipt in Deconsolidation using RF Device


This blog aims to state the flow of the Inbound process with the TU process in SAP Extended Warehouse Management.


Step 1: Log on RF

Step 2: Inbound Process

Step 3: Deconsolidation

Step 4: Log On Work Center

Step 5: Warehouse Task List

Step 6: Select Task, Create HU, Enter Packaging Material

Step 7: Repeat Steps for other Warehouse Tasks

Step 8: Close HU

Step 9: Check Warehouse Tasks in Warehouse Monitor

Step 10: Compete VAS Activity

Step 11: Confirm Put-away Task

Step 12: Display Inbound Delivery in EWM

Step 13: Display Inbound Delivery in S/4HANA, Document flow


  1. Check the Warehouse Task in the EWM Monitor

Step 2: Enter Warehouse Number

Step 3: Enter Monitor and Execute

Step 5: Enter Inbound Delivery- 180002710 and Execute

Step 6: Click on Warehouse Task, Put-away Task from GR Bin to Deconsolidation Work Center, Completed

Step 12: Click on WT List, Select WT

Step 14: Enter Quantity, Click F4, Create HU

Step 3: Deconsolidation

Step 4: Log on Deconsolidation Station

Step 5: HU Maintenance

Step 6: Enter HU, Press F2 Close

Step 7: Enter Next HU, and Press F2

Note: Enter the Next HU, Press F2, and Repeat the above Steps to Close all HUs

Step 2: Enter Warehouse Number

Step 3: Enter Monitor and Execute

Step 4: Inbound> Document> Inbound Delivery

Step 5: Enter Inbound Delivery- 180002710 and Execute

Step 6: Click on Warehouse Task, here we can find the Put-away task Open from the Deconsolidation Work Center to VAS Work Center Get Open, Select Open Warehouse Task, and Confirm in Background

  • HU's movement from Deconsolidation to the VAS work center confirmed

  1. Complete VAS Activity

Step 1: Enter the Warehouse Number, VAS Work Center, Warehouse Request, and Execute

Step 2: Click on VAS Activity, Start and Complete

ree

Step 3: Click on Next VAS Activity, Start and Complete

ree

Note: Repeat the above steps to complete VAS activities for all HUs and Save

Step 4: Complete HUs

Step 5: Select HU one by one click on complete HU, and Save

Step 2: Enter Warehouse Number

Step 3: Enter Monitor and Execute

Step 4: Inbound> Document> Inbound Delivery

Step 5: Enter Inbound Delivery- 180002710 and Execute

Step 6: Click on Warehouse Task, here we can find the Put-away task Open from the VAS Work Center to Conveyor Get Open, Select Open Warehouse Task, and Confirm in Background

Step 8: Select Open Warehouse Task, confirm in Fore Ground

Step 9: Change Destination Bin

Step 10: Enter Exception Code CHBD

  1. Complete Put-away Warehouse Task in EWM Monitor

Step 2: Enter Warehouse Number

Step 4: Inbound> Document> Inbound Delivery

Step 5: Enter Inbound Delivery- 180002710 and Execute

Step 6: Task Open with Less Quantity in HU, Select and Confirm in Background

Step 1: Enter Inbound Delivery Document, and Execute, here we can see Goods Receipt and Unloading Completed, Put-away Completed

Step 2: Click on Goods Movement

Step 3: Goods Movement Completed, Click on Document Flow

Step 4: GR Document Created, Display Document

The above steps must be followed for the Inbound Process Deconsolidation, VAS Activity, and Put-away SAP EWM.
