Step 1: T-code: SPRO> SAP IMG Screen> Logistics Execution> Shipping> Basic Shipping functions> Shipping Point and Goods Receipt Point Determination> Assign Goods Receiving Point to Inbound Delivery  

T-code: VL31N Create Inbound Delivery

Conclusion

The above steps need to be followed if delivery gets goods receiving point assignment error.
