Cancellation, Return And Refund Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.
Note: We don't sell any physical product all of our products are digital.
You as a customer can cancel your order anytime up to 24 Hours of the slot for which you have placed an order by calling our customer service or by dropping us an email on email@example.com. In such a case we will refund any payments already made.
All of our products are digital products and not physical. If Return needs to make it need to go through order cancellation as stated above.
After receiving your request and inspecting the transaction reference no., we will process your refund. Please allow at least seven 7 to 10 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your bank statement. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. The refund will be processed in the original mode of payment, which will be credited within 7 to 10 working days.
