Your Value Can No Longer Be "I Know Where to Click"

For me, this is one of the most interesting changes happening in SAP.


Traditional SAP learning has often focused on:


"Which transaction should I use?"


The future is moving closer to:


"What business outcome am I trying to achieve?"


That's a very different way of thinking.


And consultants who already understand the business behind SAP will be much better positioned for that change.



Final Thoughts

Don't look at Joule only as another new SAP feature you need to learn.


Look at what it represents.


The interaction between people and enterprise systems is changing.


Routine navigation can become easier.


Information can become more accessible.


AI agents can take on more parts of business workflows.


But business judgment, process understanding, problem-solving, and human decision-making remain extremely valuable.


So the question for SAP professionals is not:

"Will Joule replace my SAP knowledge?"


A better question is:
