Fiori Apps For SAP EWM

Fiori APPS for SAP EWM

In this blog, we are going to understand Fior apps for SAP S/4HANA Extended Warehouse Management.

1. Warehouse Monitoring & Management

2. Inbound Processing

Manage Inbound Deliveries

  • Monitor inbound deliveries

  • Goods receipt processing

  • Putaway monitor

  • Handling Unit processing

  • Door/staging monitoring

  • Inbound delivery exceptions

Typical process:

Purchase Order → Inbound Delivery → GR → HU → Putaway → Warehouse Task Confirmation

3. Outbound Processing

Manage Outbound Deliveries

Picking monitoring

Warehouse Task confirmation

  • Packing

  • Staging

  • Loading

  • Goods Issue

  • Outbound delivery exceptions

Typical process:

Sales Order → Outbound Delivery → Picking → Packing → Staging → Loading → GI

4. Inventory Management

Fiori applications can support:

  • Physical inventory

  • Inventory counting

  • Difference processing

  • Stock overview

  • Bin stock

  • HU stock

  • Product stock

  • Warehouse stock analysi

5. Packing & Handling Units

Useful capabilities include:

  • Pack products into HUs

  • Unpack HUs

  • HU movement

  • HU monitoring

  • Print HU labels

  • Packaging material management

  • Packing specification-related activities

6. Warehouse Master Data

Fiori can be used for activities such as:

  • Warehouse product maintenance

  • Storage bin management

  • Activity area-related monitoring

  • Work center information

  • Packaging specifications

  • Warehouse process-related master data

7. Warehouse Supervisor / Manager

A manager-oriented Fiori launchpad can provide:

Warehouse Overview → KPIs → Exceptions → Inbound → Outbound → Inventory → Resources

This is particularly useful for replacing multiple traditional transactions with a role-based dashboard.

8. Fiori vs Classic EWM Transactions

Important: Fiori does not completely replace EWM RFUI. For forklift operators and highly repetitive warehouse execution, RF devices and /SCWM/RFUI remain very important.

Recommended Fiori Role Structure

For an EWM implementation, I would normally structure the Launchpad approximately as:

Warehouse Manager

  • Warehouse Overview

  • KPIsExceptions

  • Inventory

  • Inbound/Outbound

  • Monitoring

Warehouse Supervisor

  • Inbound Deliveries

  • Outbound Deliveries

  • Warehouse Tasks

  • Warehouse Orders HUs

  • Physical Inventory

Warehouse Operator

  • Receiving Putaway

  • Picking Packing

  • Staging Loading

  • RF/Fiori Mobile

Really nice article with easy-to-follow points. Finding games that reward patience and repeated practice can make every attempt more enjoyable. If that sounds interesting, you can explore geometry dash lite and try different stages where each new obstacle brings another challenge.
