Process Step to Create Inbound Delivery Document

Step 1: T-code: ME21N- Create Purchase Order

Step 2: T-code: VL31N- Create Inbound Delivery Reference to Purchase Order Number

The Inbound Delivery Document Number 180001420 Created and Distributed in WMS 

Process Step to Execute Inbound Delivery Document in EWM

Step 1: T-code: /N/SCWM/PRDI

Step 2: Enter Delivery Document Number: 180001420 and Click on Execute Button

Here we can see delivery documents get blocked

Step 3: Click on the Check Button

Reason for Inbound Delivery Document Blocked

Here we can see the reason of blocking, Storage Bin GR ZONE does not exist in warehouse number- 9566

Description of Error

In Warehouse 9566

Storage Type: 9010- Provide in Goods Receipt has no Storage Bin created

Solution Steps

Create a Storage bin for Storage Type 9010

Step 1: T-code: /N/SCWM/LS01

Step 2: Enter Storage Bin GR-ZONE press enter

Step 3: Enter Storage Type and Save

Check Warehouse Process Type

Step 1: Select Warehouse Process Type 1010- Put-away without Storage Process Simple Inbound

Process Step to Execute Inbound Delivery Document in EWM

Step 1: T-code: /N/SCWM/PRDI

Step 2: Enter Delivery Document Number: 180001420 and Click on Execute Button

Here we can see delivery documents get blocked

Step 3: Click on the Check Button

Now we can see the Delivery Document blocked button change red to green

Conclusion
