1.     Take Inventory of your Current Business Processes.

2.     Create a Scope of Work (SOW) Document.

4.     Draft and Submit Business Blue Print

5.     Get feedback on the Blueprint.

6.     Create an Implementation Plan.

7.     Prepare a demo and do a trial run.
