Testing steps for Outbound Process with pick-HU in SAP S/4HANA EWM


  1. Create a sales order


  1. Create outbound delivery

  1. Maintain outbound delivery in EWM

Step 1: Enter delivery document no-80003857

Step 2: Outbound delivery> Follow-up functions> Warehouse task, select line item create and save


Step 4: Go back to outbound delivery

Step 5: Click on display additional data, click on display warehouse task

Step 6: Click on the warehouse order and display

Step 7: Click on the Pick HU tab. Here, we can see that Pick HU is created automatically

Step 8: Confirm warehouse task

Step 9: Here, we can see the destination HU is 300000055 (Pick HU)

Step 10: Go back to outbound delivery, here we can see picking completed, now click on goods issue


Step 11: Goods issue completed


  1. Display outbound delivery in S/4HANA and check the status

Step 1: Enter the outbound delivery document and execute

Step 2: Click on the goods movement tab, the status is completed

Step 3: Click on the document flow


Conclusion


We have tested here end-to-end the outbound process with Pick-HU in SAP EWM.
